Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa(born 22 August 1993), better known as Rayvanny, is a Tanzanian musician, songwriter, and recording artist.

He is Tanzania's most successful musician. He is the founder and CEO of Next Level Music. Rayvanny is best known for his song "Kwetu," which first brought him to public attention. ..

Rayvanny discovered his love for music in 2011, while still in high school. He won a freestyle rap competition. In 2012, he joined the Tip Top Connection music group, where he gained more experience in his music career and met many artists. 

In 2015, he decided to join WCB Wasafi Records, which is managed and led by Diamond Platnumz. In 2016, he released his first single, "Kwetu." It became popular in East Africa.

Rayvanny was nominated for an MTV Africa Music Award in the Breakthrough Act category in 2016. Rayvanny was named one of MTV Base's "Acts to Watch" in 2017.  He was also nominated for several music awards in 2017, including the AEUSA Award for Best New Talent, the Uganda Entertainment Award for Best African Act, and won the BET Award for International Viewers' Choice. Rayvanny established his own record label, Next Level Music, in 2021.

Rayvanny and Maluma collaborated on the song "Mama Tetema" in November 2021. The RIAA certified "Mama Tetema" as Disco de Oro in 2022.
